1. 概述
AgenticLex(以下簡稱「本應用程式」或「App」)由王宏盟(以下簡稱「我們」或「開發者」,聯絡信箱:gotman888@gmail.com)開發並提供。本政策說明我們在你使用本 App 時,如何蒐集、使用、儲存與分享你的個人資料,並符合中華民國《個人資料保護法》(PDPA)、歐盟《一般資料保護規則》(GDPR)、美國加州《消費者隱私權法》(CCPA)以及 Apple App Store Review Guidelines。
使用本 App 即表示你已閱讀並同意本政策。如不同意,請停止使用本 App。
2. 我們蒐集的資料
2.1 由你主動提供的資料
- 對話輸入內容:你在本 App 中輸入並提交給 AI 助手的文字訊息(以下稱「使用者輸入」)。
- 打賞紀錄:當你透過 App 內「Buy me a coffee」一次性購買支持開發者時,Apple 會處理交易並提供匿名收據;我們不會收到你的姓名、信用卡資訊或地址。
2.2 自動蒐集的資料(僅本機處理,不上傳)
- iOS 版本、裝置型號、App 版本,用於本地除錯。
- 使用者偏好設定(深色模式、語言等),儲存於裝置
UserDefaults。
2.3 我們不蒐集的資料
- 姓名、出生日期、身分證號、地址、電話。
- 通訊錄、相簿、行事曆、健康資料、定位資訊。
- 廣告識別碼(IDFA)。
- 任何瀏覽或行為追蹤資料。
3. 我們如何使用這些資料

我們不會:
- 將你的資料用於行銷或廣告。
- 出售你的資料給任何第三方。
- 將你的資料用於訓練 AI 模型(見第 4 節)。
4. 第三方服務提供者(重要)
本 App 為提供 AI 對話與 AI 語音功能,會視你在「設定 → AI Boost」中以自己的 API 金鑰主動配置的供應商,將使用者輸入傳送給以下一個或多個第三方處理者。未啟用的供應商完全不會收到任何資料。

4.5 共通特性(適用以上四家 AI 供應商)
我們傳送什麼:你輸入並提交的文字,以及多輪對話中必要的對話脈絡。
我們不傳送什麼:Apple ID、裝置 ID、姓名、聯絡資訊、定位、通訊錄、照片、IDFA。所有傳輸全程使用 TLS 1.2 以上加密。
跨境傳輸:以上四家供應商皆在美國境內處理資料。
同等保護(Apple 條款 5.1.1(i)):每家供應商皆提供 DPA 或同等契約機制,提供與 GDPR、CCPA 同等的保護。各 DPA 連結見上。
4.6 Apple Inc.
- 用於 In-App Purchase 交易處理(「Buy me a coffee」)。
- 交易由 Apple 完全處理,我們不接觸你的付款資訊。

5. 同意機制
在你首次使用任何 AI 功能(對話或語音)前,本 App 會以全螢幕揭露彈窗列出:
- 你的輸入「可能」會傳送給最多 4 家第三方 AI 服務 —— Anthropic、OpenAI、Google、ElevenLabs —— 視你在「設定 → AI Boost」中啟用的供應商而定。
- 傳送資料範圍(你輸入的文字;多輪對話含對話脈絡)。
- 用途(僅生成你當次請求的 AI 回應或語音音檔)。
- 兩個明確選項:「同意並繼續」或「不同意」。
選擇「不同意」時,所有 AI 功能(對話與語音)皆停用,但你仍可使用本 App 的其他功能(如打賞)。你可隨時於「設定 → 隱私 → AI 資料傳輸同意」中撤回同意,撤回後 AI 功能立即停用。
備註:即使已同意,本 App 也只會在你「另行配置該供應商 API 金鑰」時才實際呼叫該供應商。未配置金鑰時,不會發出任何第三方 AI 請求。
6. 資料保留
- 使用者輸入:本 App 本身不在裝置端儲存對話歷史。傳送至 Anthropic 的副本依其政策最多保留 30 天後刪除。
- 打賞紀錄:由 Apple 保留,依 Apple 政策辦理。
- App 設定:儲存於裝置
UserDefaults,解除安裝 App 即刪除。
7. 資料安全
- 所有對外連線使用 TLS 1.2 以上加密。
- API key 不在 App 內以明文硬編;採用 Keychain 儲存。
- 不收集即不外洩——我們以「最少蒐集原則」設計本 App。
8. 你的權利
依據適用法律(PDPA / GDPR / CCPA),你享有:查詢權、更正權、刪除權、拒絕處理權、資料可攜權。
由於本 App 預設不在我們伺服器端儲存任何個人資料,刪除與更正請求通常僅涉及裝置端設定重設,以及向 Anthropic 申請刪除 (privacy@anthropic.com)。

9. 兒童隱私
本 App 不針對 13 歲以下兒童設計。我們不會明知而蒐集兒童個人資料。如發現問題,請聯絡 gotman888@gmail.com。
10. 國際資料傳輸
如前所述(第 4 節),你的使用者輸入「可能」傳送至美國境內由 Anthropic、OpenAI、Google、ElevenLabs 中你已啟用之供應商運營的伺服器。已採取下列保護措施:
- 每次請求皆使用 TLS 加密傳輸。
- 各供應商之 Data Processing Addendum,內含 GDPR Standard Contractual Clauses 或同等機制。
- 不傳輸直接識別資料(見 4.5 節)。

我們可能不時更新本政策。重大變更時將透過 App 內通知告知你。

1. Overview
AgenticLex (the "App") is developed and provided by Hong-Meng Wang (the "Developer," "we," "us," or "our"; contact: gotman888@gmail.com). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, store, and share your personal data when you use the App. We comply with Taiwan's Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA), the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), and the Apple App Store Review Guidelines.
2. Information We Collect
2.1 Information You Provide
- User Input: Text messages you type and submit to the AI assistant within the App.
- Tip Purchase Records: When you make a one-time "Buy me a coffee" In-App Purchase, Apple processes the transaction. We do not receive your name, payment card information, or address.
2.2 Automatically Collected (On-Device Only)
- Device and technical data (iOS version, device model, App version) for local debugging.
- User preferences (dark mode, language) stored in
UserDefaults.
2.3 We Do Not Collect
- Name, date of birth, government ID, address, phone number.
- Contacts, photos, calendar, health data, location.
- Advertising identifier (IDFA).
- Browsing or behavioral tracking data.
3. How We Use This Information

We do not: use your data for marketing, sell your data to any third party, or use your data to train AI models.
4. Third-Party Service Providers
To provide AI conversation and AI voice features, this App sends your User Input to one or more of the following third-party processors, depending on which providers you actively configure in Settings → AI Boost with your own API key. No data is sent to providers you have not enabled.
4.1 Anthropic, PBC (default chat provider)

4.3 Google LLC (optional)
- Company: Google LLC

- Training & retention: Paid Gemini API tier does not use prompts to train models; retention per Google's data governance.
4.4 ElevenLabs Inc. (optional)
- Company: ElevenLabs Inc.

- Use in App: Voice playback of vocabulary terms

- Training & retention: API submissions are not used for voice cloning or model training without explicit opt-in.
4.5 Shared characteristics (all four providers above)
What we send: The text you type and submit, and (in multi-turn conversations) the necessary conversation context.
What we do NOT send: Apple ID, device ID, name, contact info, location, contacts, photos, IDFA, or any data that directly identifies you. All transmissions use TLS 1.2 or higher.
Cross-border transfer: All four providers process data on servers in the United States.
Same-or-equivalent protection (Apple Guideline 5.1.1(i)): Each provider above offers a DPA or equivalent contractual mechanism providing protection equivalent to GDPR / CCPA. Links to each DPA above.
4.6 Apple Inc.
- Handles In-App Purchase transactions ("Buy me a coffee").
- All payment processing by Apple; we never access your payment information.

5. Consent Mechanism
Before you first use any AI feature (chat or voice), the App displays a full-screen disclosure dialog stating:
- Your input may be sent to up to four third-party AI services — Anthropic, OpenAI, Google, ElevenLabs — depending on which providers you enable in Settings → AI Boost.
- The scope of data sent (the text you type; conversation context for multi-turn).
- The purpose (to generate AI response or speech audio for the current request only).
- Two explicit choices: "Agree and Continue" or "Disagree."
Selecting "Disagree" disables ALL AI features (chat AND voice), but you can still use the App's other functions (e.g. tipping). You may withdraw consent any time under "Settings → Privacy → AI data sharing consent"; withdrawal disables AI features immediately.
Note: Even after agreeing, the App only contacts a provider when you have separately configured that provider's API key. With no key configured, no third-party AI request is made.
6. Data Retention
- User Input: Not stored on-device by default. Copies sent to Anthropic deleted within 30 days per their policy.
- Tip Records: Retained by Apple.
- App Settings: In
UserDefaults; deleted on App uninstall.
7. Data Security
- All outbound connections use TLS 1.2+.
- API keys stored in iOS Keychain, never hardcoded.
- Minimal collection principle.
8. Your Rights
Under PDPA / GDPR / CCPA: Right to Access, Rectification, Erasure, Object, Data Portability. To exercise: gotman888@gmail.com (30-day response).
9. Children's Privacy
Not designed for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect data from children.
10. International Data Transfers
As described in Section 4, your User Input may be transmitted to servers in the United States operated by Anthropic, OpenAI, Google, and/or ElevenLabs, depending on which providers you have enabled. Safeguards:
- TLS-encrypted transmission for every request.
- Each provider's Data Processing Addendum, incorporating GDPR Standard Contractual Clauses or equivalent mechanism.
- No directly-identifying data transmitted (see 4.5).
11. Policy Changes
We may update this Policy. Material changes communicated via in-app notification.
